Registration Cancellation Policy. The registration fees for CNBC Events are only refundable upon approval by CNBC. A refund will be issued if notified prior to January 31, 2024. To request a refund, please notify CNBC Events as soon as possible by sending an email to InvestingClubSupport@cnbc.com.

Non-Transferability. The Ticket is valid in the U.S. only, is non-transferable, and shall be void if altered in any manner.

Recording & Photography Policy. Unless otherwise specified, all CNBC Events are on the record for journalistic and editorial purposes. Video and audio recordings of CNBC Events by attendees are strictly prohibited. The audio and video content of CNBC Events is copyrighted and owned by NBCUniversal. Each attendee that attends a CNBC Event grants NBCUniversal the right to photograph, film, or make audiovisual recordings of their name, voice and likeness (the "Materials*). NBCUniversal may use, edit or display such Materials in any media or platform now known or hereafter devised, with no claim to compensation or attribution. 

Travel and Accommodations. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations in connection with any CNBC Events.

Attendee Information. As a condition of registering for CNBC Events, the information you provide may be shared with the event sponsor.
